The whole experience was easy and convenient as it could be done online from start to end. I liked that the artwork proofing process was fast and straightforward too as they would help you to ensure the print job will be done well. 10/10 would recommend.
Easy to order and order was shipped on the date promised and reasonably priced. However, it would be good if you could send customer a .pdf copy of the invoice as it is almost impossible to print the invoice from the webpage.

Overall good experience from ordering to receiving. Even had some adjustments done along the way which was helpful.
When there was some issues with the artwork I've submitted, the staffs were patient to help and gave clear instructions to help rectify the problem. Once everything is in order, the delivery was quick. Perhaps they can look to improve the submission process on their website: provide clearer instructions on what to look out for when uploading the artwork, allow users to attach more than 2 files etc.
The print quality was pretty good and I really liked that the whole experience was so fuss-free - it took me less than a minute to submit my artwork on their portal, arrange for printing and the printouts were delivered to me on schedule! The price is economical too - I probably will be using Gogoprint again for my next printing.
Card quality was totally no good. Have uploaded my own namecard with change in details for it. They simply jus copy and paste the image onto the card. Had assume they will at least retype and realign the works and picture. Will never get the name card with them again. Wasted money on it.
