Fairly easy to manoeuvre around the system and pretty straightforward

Everything was simple to navigate online. I had some queries so gave them a call and the lady who answered was very helpful and informative. After the call I felt reassured that they were the right company for me.

Easy to book on-line, very efficient, competitive rates for me with existing medical condition, which is of course excluded from cover. (£65 compared to other quotes of over £1300). Didn't need to make any claim so can't comment on that.

Fast and efficient. We bought two travels insurance policy but for some reasons, these policies were issued/insured under the same name. The customer service solved our problem and everything was taken care within 1 hour! Impressive and truly recommended to use their service.

Sign up straight forward, have yet to make any claim, that's when any companies true colours really show through. So far so good!

Good for me as it was the only insurance I could currently find that would cover me with incurable cancer, by discounting the cancer. However I found it was cheaper not to do a couple annual insurance with Globelink but to get my 72 year old husband covered with another insurer

I opened a claim for a refund for a cancellation of a trip on FEBRUARY 2022 due to a health emergency of my fiancée who traveled with me. More than 3 months have already passed ,and still I didn't got my money back , and not even a real response from the insurer regarding my claim, only excuses and delays. "your claim is in finalizing process" - this is the answer I got more than a month ago. "your claim is waiting for approval" - this is the response I got last week. it's funny how when you buy the insurance policy, the company takes your money in a heartbeat, but to get money from them, or even just simple answers takes forever. I definitely won't recommend them even to my worst enemies, and of course I won't even consider to work with them again in the future.

Update: Sono stato liquidato per quanto dovuto, anche se sono serviti mesi. Lieto fine, ma travagliato. La mia opinione globale è migliorata adesso. GlobeLink si affida a un'agenzia esterna per le liquidazioni, la Collinson Group. Nel mio caso Collinson sta facendo di tutto per non pagare ciò che mi devono da mesi. Si tratta di un banale rimborso ordinario e ovviamente documentato molto bene. L'ultima scusa è che "non riusciamo ad aprire il file ZIP con i documenti. Questa loro difficoltà l'ho scoperta solo dopo settimane di silenzio. Insomma, se è per loro, il documento non si apre, quindi pazienza, mica ti chiedono di inviarne un altro. Mi viene il sospetto che Collinson o i suoi impiegati abbiano qualche motivazione o o incentivo a non semplificare le cose ai clienti e dunque a non liquidare. 🚫 NON comprerei più l'assicurazione di viaggio con loro. Having made a claim in Feb 2020 settlement has not been successful yet. It has been approved by Rightpath their claims dept, but the hospital is still waiting and now I am having letters and phone calls from a debt recovery company..Really out of order.

First time with this company, found the member of staff Hayley very informative, friendly advice and helpful. As I am in the over 70 s age group and not traveled a long distance before, she helped me through all the important details.

I have already submitted 2 reports but for some reason they are not getting through?

Further to my 'Read the Small Print ' review I am not impressed with Globelink as I sent them an email and they haven't even responded. Seems they also are as bad as Collinson, SQ and KLM. The lack of response clearly indicates they don't want to refund monies owed. The delay tactics have started from the on-set. Stick well clear everybody to all the above mentioned companies.
