As an elderly person with a medical condition I was finding it difficult to find travel insurance but the company was most helpful, the medical screening was fast and effective and I can now look forward to my holiday in Europe.

I haven't needed to claim and their renewal reminders were a little persistent, 2 months before renewal, 2 emails and a letter, too far in advance and I nearly forgot to renew.

Found it easy to purchase on line , however had to ring and check as schedule differd to certificate .

I have only bought travel insurance from Globelink, I haven't had to make a claim, so I can give them five stars for ease of purchase and the speed and professionalism with which they dealt with my queries but I cannot make any comments about how they deal with claims. Let's hope I don't have to.

We have given a four star for the ease of use of the website, price of product, printing off paperwork and follow up emails from the company. We have not claimed on the policy that is why it is missing a star. Keep up the good work.

Tried to book on line but it was a problem. Said complete information on one, which I had done. Then phoned Spanish number, answered in England. Had to pay in pounds sterling as cannot pay in euros on phone.

Fortunately have never had to claim for anything so can't comment regarding claims. It was easy to purchase online and the price for annual insurance for a couple in their seventieth year seems reasonable.

I have been using Globelink for nearly 10 years and their service has always been excellent. I have had a few tricky situations while travelling and they have always gone the extra mile to help me and make sure I am covered and get all of the information I need. Can't recommend them enough.

I was impressed with them last year, and I'm equally impressed with them this year, when it took even less time to arrange the insurance than it did last year. I can't see why I won't be using their insurance cover indefinitely. Excellent. Many thanks.

I have renewed with Globelink Travel Insurance. UnfortunateIy I had to make a claim in 2016 and Globelink were terrific. Unusually the online process is clear and simple and the policy options set out exactly what is included and excluded. I rate Globelink very highly and have recommended the insurance product to my family and friends. Great product and a great company, who deliver on their promises.

Prior to purchasing my annual milti-trip policy I emailed a number of insurance companies with some questions on their policies, precisely I needed to find out about their trekking covers. Globelink was the only one who bothered to reply. They replied their trekking insurance covers altitudes of up to 6000 metres, which is what I needed to know. I was also delighted that they replied rather fast. I bought my annual policy from Globelink and am happy I did it.
