Being somewhat computer illiterate I was pleasantly surprised to find it so easy. The leads were simple and I had no difficulty whatsoever. The medical part of the insurance was also handled extremely efficiently by Shani So a big tick from me.

Globelink offer very competitive pricing but the real test of an insurance company is when you have a problem. Owing to airline rescheduling I had to postpone our round the world trip by a full year. With no fuss Globelink amended my policy without charge. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

Very Easy Website to use Good Prices on single Trip on Travel Insurance. Well laid out & easy to Understand..

I have just bought our travel insurance and hope never to have to use it. My reviiew is about how to go through the process of buying the policy. I have been buying travel insurance for the last eight or nine years and have just come accross Globelink. It has really been the most 'user friendly' of all the companies I have used. It sets out very clearly what is covered and what is not, and, most importantly, what is a pre-existing condition.

I usually book our travel insurance as Scottish migrants to Spain through Staysure. However, Staysure seem to have an ongoing problem with this due to The Brexit fiasco. However, thankfully I discovered Globelink. Very, very impressed with how simple it was to get us covered for our forthcoming trip back to the UK. As this is an annual event I am happy to say I will use them again. Buy with confidence.

It was a reasonable price and lots of unimportant pre-existing medical conditions covered (which other companies charge for). But how good an insurance company is can only be decided if you need to claim. I have no idea how Globelink deal with claims as I have not made one. Hence the three stars.... ie neutral because I could not write a report without giving some stars.
