I left the UK forgetting to take out Travel Insurance. Checking out which sites offered what I came across Globelink Travel Insurance. Their 'cover' information was easily accessible and straightforward Filling out their online form was simple and easy to fill in and then followed by an immediate acceptable quote. So within a few minutes, I received cover for the whole period of my holiday (hopefully I'll not have to make a claim).
Easy to understand
Website was very easy to follow and choosing relevant option was straightforward. Only query will be how to deal with the next trip on a multi-trip policy - do we have to quote our original quote?

Getting a quote on line is very straight forward, but despite being a customer for many years, and despite being able to honestly answer no to all the health restrictions, there is no sign of any sort of no-claim or loyalty reduction, but a constantly increasing fee. A lot of money seems to be spent on newsletters and the like, but what about the regular customers?

Renewal came through in good time with being price matched to last year. Friendly staff on phone and documents emailed through straight afterwards. Never had to claim as yet, hope it stays that way as that would be when a company really shows how good it can be to help get things sorted. Am happy for now.

Trip went fine and didn't need to use the travel insurance.
As I had already left UK and been in New Zealand for nearly 5 months and because I am 70 years I was having difficulty getting insurance to travel back to UK via Dubai. It was very easy online and my son in N. Z. Checked it for me. It was very simple.
The Globelink site was so easy to navigate and was stress free. It is so easy to get confused when taking out travel insurance because all the questions are not unique to you personally, but this was not the case with Globelink and I was left in no doubt that I had answered all the questions correctly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Globelink Travel Insurance.
Good communication when we had a query at quote stage. Haven't been on the holiday yet so can't comment any further, but early indications are good! And the price was reasonable too.
I haven't used Globelink before so I had to read the medical section several times before I was certain I met the criteria. I thought the cost of cover was very reasonable and I will certainly use them again in the future.
I was looking for an expat travel insurance for our forthcoming holiday abroad and someone recommended Globelink. So far, the process of taking out the insurance has been straightforward. All done on line, and although I normally need to ring up insurance companies to confirm whether my existing medical issues are covered, I could see quite clearly online that there was no need to do anything further. I hope this is the only review I have to do for Globelink as I really don't want to have to find out how good or not they are if I need to claim off the insurance. But, for the moment, my mind has been put at ease and we can go on holiday knowing that we have travel insurance in place.

Easy to understand and complete online.
We liked their range of products. We were already traveling and they offered one that suited our situation. My wife had to contact them after an accident and found the contact info easily. Our claim hasn’t been completed as yet but my wife got an answer about having surgery very quickly allowing us to proceed. I’m now doing the paperwork for the claim and that is a little repetitive but not a major issue as they reacted quickly when We needed it which was the most important aspect!
