I visited the showroom on Thursday 23 June 2022 to take a look at the products on show. It was very refreshing to receive a warm welcome from Jack. He answered all the questions I asked with enthusiasm and knowledge and all with a smile. A big well done to Jack, as a professional tradesman decorator I would recommend this company.
These guys set the standard when it comes to customer service. From placing the sample order through to placing my full order, these guys have been amazing. I spoke with Marc and explained the nature of my installation and he guided me towards the perfect block for my project. When my full order arrived there were small imperfections on two of the blocks. Marc sorted this in double quick time and the replacement blocks were with me the following day! A more customer focused business you couldn't hope to encounter, nothing is too much trouble for them. Their knowledge about the product they sell is encyclopedic. Thanks guys.
I can only second what everyone else have said here before! Great customer service from first call when you’re trying to explain what you’re trying to do till the after care checking in that you’re happy. And all in between! Love the product (clear) and I think the guy that helped me install it might have a few other now interested in doing something similar (borrowed light windows between room and hallway) and I love what we created).
