Excellent service and quick delivery and glass blocks well packaged
One of the blocks came broken so I made the window smaller (10 blocks instead of 12). The plastic rails in the installation kit were all approximately 10 mm too short, thankfully Id ordered enough of the longer ones so managed to cut those down into the correct shorter lengths. The grout is very Gritty and doesn’t leave a great finish. Although my customer was happy with the end result; as a fitter I was very disappointed.
Customer service is great in fairness did have a few issues with delivery DPD’s fault and some minor defects which was changed and sorted. There are some glass block variances where the grids and blocks do not meet so have to make adjustments. The kit grid with glue for me is not the strongest and better off purchasing extra bags of the mortar adhesive laying them like blocks with some rebar. Overall great service and products that will feature nice for our project
