This company is very easy to deal with, offering that personal touch which is becoming rare. Ordered and paid by phone with Jack offering all the help and advice I needed to get things right. Can highly recomend.
All products arrived promptly and look good. The only negative was that there seemed to be an excessive amount of packaging - the little polystyrene cushions - that needed several large bin bags to be disposed of. Would be great if this could be collected at delivery and re-used, or some more thought into how this could be reduced.
As always, the blocks arrived quickly and were very securely packaged to ensure that none of the blocks had any damage.
