Customer Service is horrible. Placed order on Tuesday and by Friday all they did was print the shipping label. Paid $8.00 for shipping which should be 2-3 Business Days. Called for update and the customer service guy said we will email you an update in 24-48 hours. It took 3 business days to print a label and who knows when I’ll get the item I ordered.

I have been enjoying the testers and everyone around me has been as well. The products are exactly as they promised. I would have given 5 stars even tho it was not directly their fault. But the shipping took a USA class tour and the package had been in and out of my town twice and of course was very late. Tracking was also even more frustrating. Other wise I give Gift Express a 5 star rating.

They sent me the wrong perfum. I ordered Bharara Niche (unisex) and was sent Niche Femme (for women). The problem should've been easy to resolve, but it wasn't. I called and emailed photo proof as requested and waited 2 1/2 days with no response. I went to chat on their website and was asked to hold for a moment to check...50+ minutes later and still no response. I called again and seemed to be getting helped only to find out it was another runaround. I swore on the phone (IE - this is F'ing ridiculous) then hung up. They called me back immediately to berate me and hang up the phone on me. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I'm sticking to Jomashop from now on.
You all said it was delivered and I checked my cameras and I did see my USPS mail man come at that time but he did not have a package. It was never received.
Never received my order and it’s been two weeks! Called multiple times and sent emails. Never had a response to my email and the last person I spoke to on the phone was rude and basically acted like I was bothering him asking when my 2 items were arriving.
Every time I order from GiftExpress my order is either late and never 3-5 business days. It is never shipped on time or sent to the carrier on time. It’s kind of pointless to be charged a shipping fee if it’s not within the days you are charged for.
