Product was as ordered. Received fairly quickly, despite it taking @ 5 days from order date to shipping, which I would think shouldn't have taken that long.

So delivery order was very late and I suspect that the products are either diluted or knock off. Considering I bought 5 different JIMMY CHOO PERFUMES & RED DOOR (I've worn for years). Within 2-4 minutes smell has completely disappeared and smelled like isopropyl alcohol. I should have listened to other's negative reviews. Waste of money.
Glad I got this in time for Christmas. Bought the YSL for my bf and it smells so good. Will definitely purchase from this site again.

They switched a gift set and sent me a man set instead of a women set, I sent already 2 emails but so far no response from your team. Customer Service really need to upgrade, it is very bad at the time needs to answer to customer
Recieved product in 7 days instead of 3 days as quoted. Stalled in New Jersey 12 Dec-16 Dec. Received on the 19 Dec. Pricing was fair. Would order again from this company providing they give better clarity on shipping and receiving.
My Gucci guilty bottle was used and missing perfume. It was supposed to be new.
I only got one perfume instead of two.
