The prices are excellent, the products are authentic. I've never had a problem with shipping until my last order. Instead of 3 to 5 days, I didn't receive the goods until about 10 days later. Besides my delivery date I would definitely have given 5 Stars.

I have not received my order after three weeks when 3 to 5 day delivery was quoted. When I called customer service, the wait time was 30 minutes and I don't feel like the representative gave me a good answer. Update: I have received my refund. Thanks to Gift Express.

Order was placed on 12/9/24. Received an email saying it was shipped on 12/10/24 but it was actually picked up by USPS on 12/14 and delivered on 12/18. I called customer service on 12/12 and the agent told me it was already shipped which was not true. I did not appreciate the agent not telling me the truth and he lacked customer service skills.

I dislike the fact that I wasn't given an email confirmation nor did I receive a tracking number for my product. I've also emailed you guys to confirm confirmation by replying to my email. I didn't receive any response. However I received the product unexpectedly. This is not common as I've used your company few times prior. I'm just hoping there's not a misunderstanding the next time I purchase anything.
