I did not get an email when item was shipped so I could not track my order? I sent an email to find out if I would get package before Christmas. I did not get a reply? Package did come the day before Christmas which was great. Email tracking at this time of the year would have gotten them five stars.

Only 1 of 2 colognes I ordered well before Christmas arrived late on Christmas Eve, not giving me enough time to find a replacement before Christmas Day. There was a handwritten note in the box stating the 2nd item was unavailable, but to date, no follow up email about a pending credit as a result of this circumstance. I have paid for both items, but only received half the order. I have emailed the team, but have received no response.
