I never received an email with tracking information. I also never received the package!!!!!! Customer service is refusing to give me a refund!!!!!

Arrived late when promised by Christmas!
Ordered on 12/17 with confirmation comments that shipping would be 3-5 days. Delivered on 27th so wife's Christmas present was late. Had a # of suppliers to chose from, and made selection based on delivery date before Christmas.
The Gift arrived 3 days after the date is was stated it would. Maybe the date was not realistic but it was the one stated in the confirmation Email, This is the 3rd request for a review. My answer is not going to change...
