I ordered this card on 09/18/2024 and now you're just sending it. Pitiful.

The customer was not able to open the virtual VISA. Broken link which took multiple emails from multiple companies to attempt to fix. **Re. your reply, as I've mentioned - we have sent multiple emails to you already.

I didn't receive anything, the link didn't work.

I was hacked! Never ordered any gift cards from your site. Did you ask for the security code?

how am i supposed to know when the gift card arrived to the address.i didn’t receive a tracking number or an estimated delivery date???

I didn not order anything someone hacked my card for $200 and yall still went through with it

I ordered 3 physical cards to be delivered and only received 2. I am missing the Visa card and I am having to dance through hoops to get anyone on the phone to resolve it.

You guys don't say the truth and if a card is intended to get cash, then why would anyone want to keep that card. I wanted a refund and you can't do that? You guys are really wack.

My recipient got email but can't read it. It's either blank or blurry. If you could resend that would help.

I am disappointed it took several hours for my card to be sent. When I asked why it was about "fraud". I have purchsed several cards over the years as well as 2 or 3 three Uber cards from your company very recently using the same info and different cards in mine and/or my husband's name at the same address and with same contact info, email, etc..., no fraud going on here. I am also disappointed I still have no reponse from a request from yesterday. My request remains this: Why can I not view my prior orders from your site?

I sent the gift card to my son. He was unable to open it or apply it to Uber or his Apple wallet. I sent a request in saying that I had difficulties and I have not gotten a response

Bought a $20 give card that says it was sent but was not received

This is awful I can’t even use it and anytime I try to use the card it says it couldn’t be processed. I tried using it on Amazon and it didn’t go through. I clicked redeem, typed the information correctly and still I wasn’t able to make a purchase with the virtual gift cards Edit: still haven’t gotten support for my gift card.

The person I sent it to can’t access the gift card. I’m going to dispute charges

There was good tracking, and I had no problems with the gift card getting to its destination.

I don’t know when my gift card is arriving!, my daughter’s birthday is Tuesday.
