Loved the items I bought, delivery took a bit longer than expected but worth the wait.
After trailing around several garden centres and not finding what I wanted, I resorted to good old Google. The slate thermometer was well packaged and arrived safely, and is just what I was looking for. Would say delivery, in our instant world, felt a little slow.
I ordered two items. One didn't arrive and the other arrived broken. The website and email say that delivery is within 5-7 working days and these took 10. Very disappointed. Have purchased a lot from them in the past but will be giving them a miss in future.

Slow (some items came from Lithuania!) but efficient delivery and beautiful products. My daughter in law requested them for her birthday and I love her colour choices
Excellent products, delivered promptly, always good service from Garden Trading
I ordered a birthday present for my daughter-in-law and paid for delivery within 5 to 7 days, which would have arrived in good time. The item was not even dispatched until 7 days after the order was placed and so arrived after the birthday. This means that instead of giving the present in person, I have had to send it at additional expense. Terrible service! I did not open the package before sending on and so cannot comment on the item itself. As an addendum, your refund of the delivery charge is appreciated.
Great prices for great quality goods.
The post box seems very well made, a quality product. I particularly liked the seperate inner flap, which allows small parcels to be added, as well as letters. Plus the details like including spacers to allow a little airflow and drainage behind the box - a very nice touch. It arrived well packaged, (mostly cardboard, NO polystyrene).
Speedy delivery,well wrapped. Some items not as in picture so was bit disappointed.to expensive to send back as heavy,you have to pay returns oostage

Delivery took longer than had been advertised and they was no communication to relay the delay. The product was sadly damaged and it must have been faulty before leaving the warehouse as the box it arrived in was in perfect condition. Very disappointed that it wasn't checked prior to being packaged up by the warehouse staff.
