Always top quality products. Ordering very easy. I do tend to shop in the sale, fabulous discounts. I’ve bought some stunning things from Garden Trading. Garden Furniture, Garden Lights, Christmas Decorations, House Wares, Fire Side accessories. Never disappointed.

Have not received my order - placed it in 18th January and have emailed customer service but have not received a response!!! Very disappointed

I ordered in error, in the sale, the same product twice! When I realised, I tried to contact Garden Trading, to cancel the second delivery, but could find no telephone number or e mail address on their website. Frustratingly, GT only permit contact via an e mail form, and for which you cannot get a copy, for proof or reference. I managed to get a customer services e mail contact reply address, and emailed GT at this address (not a do not reply address) and the e mail was returned undelivered. The product, a white wire storage shelf was unfortunately too flimsy to stand any real weight put in it, as it was 80cm long, with no supporting middle bracket or support of any kind. I did not have the confidence of was fit for my purpose, and only for storing light products. Very disappointed.

Shipping was extremely expensive and the product was nothing like in the photo. The plant pot is dark grey and a very solid colour. In the photo it shows it a light concrete grey and it’s quite mottled. This is not the case. If you want the pot in the photo please don’t buy, you will be extremely disappointed.

Customer Service was amazing. Chatted on the telephone when the order was not quite correct. One item was broken and it arrived the following day day. Quality products so all around win. Support this company as AI has not yet taken over.

Excellent packaging, excellent products

Item arrived broken. We contacted Garden Trading straight away and still 5 days later have had no response. Very slow delivery in the first place also. Unfortunately an unreliable trader in our case. Update- customer services got in touch and expecting replacement. Still very slow as first ordered items week ago. But an improvement and updated review to reflect.
