Products are lovely but it took 11 days to arrive, which in this day an age is really slow.

Products, as always, great. However (I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again) I cannot understand why GT charge £10 more(!) to deliver to the Isle of Wight. Previously I have been told that the courier used charges a higher rate. This time the order was delivered using Royal Mail. Royal Mail deliver to the IOW and do not charge more (or less) for their service to and from the island. We are not a backwater - we are a 40 min ferry ride from the mainland and Royal Mail bring vans full of letters and parcels daily. The only explanation I can think of is that GT are pocketing the extra postage because it is not costing them a penny more than posting to the mainland. Fortunately I have family on the mainland who accept deliveries for me but this means I have to wait until I next see them before getting my goods.

Long time to wait for order. I telephoned to chase and was told they were busy with the sale . I was ordering goods reduced so you would think they’d be expecting a bit of a rush!

Bought gift vouchers as a gift for a friend who was absolutely delighted and enjoyed choosing her gift. Ordering the vouchers was fairly easy however the acknowledgment email was confusing regarding who and how it would be delivered. The issue was quickly resolved with a phone call to GT

Still waiting for second part of the order. Paid £60 for delivery for 14 day delivery. Now been 20 days Garden Trading not responding to emails. Website says the chairs we have ordered are ready for despatch. So I don’t know why the order has not been delivered

Delivery not received after nearly 3 weeks, no response from Ferdeco nor Garden Trading despite repeated contact requests. Unhelpful tracking message. Very disappointing for something that has of course already been paid for.
