They use fed-ex. You will probably never get your package and will end up having to file a claim. Lesson learned. It’s a shame really as I order A LOT because I like collecting

They are a little slow to ship compared to other sources that I use. It's especially painful to do a pre-order and then miss out on both a promo and earlier delivery if I had gone with the publisher instead. But their prices are good and inventory is decent. And I hear others complimenting their customer service regularly.

Between amazing community support, great prices, holds, and fast responses; Game Nerdz is the gold standard for online board game retailer. I can't say enough good things.

The holiday gifts I ordered were supposed to be delivered in 4-6 days but arrived in more like 8-10. There was little to no communcation from Game Nerdz about the delivery status. GN used Fedex for delivery and they left a big box on the edge of my porch close to street (away from the door) and hanging off the edge of the stairs. In this location, the box was very visible and accessible to anyone. Amazon, UPS, USPS put packages near door or out of sight and I have never had one go missing from my porch before. This one was removed within an hour and I was left emptyhanded for holiday gifts. When I brought this issue to the attention of Game Nerdz and Fedex, I was basically told sorry but not our problem. While technically this may be true, as a customer I am left with nothing but disappointment and dissatisfaction. Is this what customer service has come to? Game Nerdz may have saved themselves the replacement cost but lost themselves a customer. What is more valuable these days???
