They will pretend to "help" you but nothing would be done, and you will need to eat the loss. "All product purchased from GameNerdz.com is made based on our contracts with our shippers. This means that the risk of loss and title pass to you when the product is accepted by the shipping carrier. Please make arrangements to be home when delivery occurs or have your item delivered to a secure location to prevent package theft. We cannot be responsible for package theft."

An update to my previous 1 star review: the company did reach out after my initial interaction to try to make things right with me. My order was revised promptly to exclude the out of stock item and shipped right away. The games arrived just a couple of days after the Christmas holiday. Additionally, the company did provide me with a $15 credit for the trouble with my original order, which I appreciate. They said they are reviewing the order/shipping process, which caused the delay. I sincerely hope that they are able to resolve it for next year since they seem like a responsive company that cares about their customers and want them to have a good experience. It is nice to have options outside of Amazon and other big box stores.

My order was delivered super quick during the holiday season. I love how well you pack things. Every single time you use great care and completely surround my items with ample bubble sheets. I also love how you use thick boxes for the shipping containers. You have great prices, quick deliveries, great shipment packing, and the option to hold items temporarily. You are my first go-to store for tabletop gaming needs. The only thing that tempts me elsewhere is for promo items.
