My experience overall is positive. I appreciate you making games affordable and my last interaction with CS was awesome and the issue resolved quickly. A suggestion is to match other sites on availability of games and quicker order to shipping. Though to be fair you have improved in shipping (still waiting for my Nucluem pre order though). If you have a remote based CS org I have 20 years and would love to help out
