Fantina did an absolutely wonderful job, she not only listened to my concerns, but she also followed through to make sure all my concerns were addressed and resolved. I could not been happier with her professionalism, compared to the previous representatives I spoke to.

Similar to other 1 star posts. Borrowed several times over 2 years, always made timely payments, never missed. Recently they froze our borrowing ability with no warning or justifications. Gave them everything they asked for including bank access. Never heard a word back about why they froze the account. Due to freezing the account I wanted to pay $7k off early as they say we can. Sent email wanting to freeze my payments and received a very canned response from rep E that was so generic it had almost no bearing on the actual request to make full payment and stop any other payements. After several attempts to get the payment stopped I was told the system would catch the full payment and that it would not take another weekly payment out, WRONG! I was charged another weekly payment and have spent several weeks trying to get it back with multiple phone calls with no avail. Finally got a supervisor on the line and he said he would take care of everything that he was sorry for the issue. supervisor M stated he would get back to me in a hour with a solution. I received a email asking for documentation of the fees incurred due to the extra payment taken out. Sent that info in and haven't heard anything from supervisor M in a week. I have now had to file a dispute with my bank due to they are no longer answering phones and there voicemail says they are attending company event and no one can come to the phone. Service reps while sometimes nice, are really just stalwarts! DONT BE FOULED! I was called back a week later and they stated that they did not owe me the over payment even though I have proof of the payments made. I was reported for using the name of the responsible parties and their acrions and have been threatend to have this post removed if I didn't remove their name. Do NOT DO Business with FUNDBOX! I was

For over 7 years, I remained a dedicated customer of FundBox, putting my faith in the integrity and consistency of their services. My commitment was evident—I never missed a payment deadline and strictly adhered to all their terms. Imagine my dismay when, without any forewarning, my account was suddenly frozen and thrust into review. What was even more distressing was the unexpected demand to settle my entire outstanding balance, all without a shred of explanation or prior notification. Despite seeking clarity, FundBox has yet to furnish any meaningful justification for this sudden and jarring decision. This approach not only undermines their professionalism but also raises questions about their transparency and commitment to fair business practices. To those considering or currently using FundBox, I strongly advise vigilance. Trust is reciprocal, and when a company breaches it so unpredictably, it casts doubts about the longevity and quality of such a partnership.

Very easy to access additional funds to carry over the costs on large projects. I highly recommend Fundbox!

The experience has been wonderful to have extra funds for the company has been great for me and for being able to make more profit on jobs by having the ability to rent and get equipment sooner rather than later to finish jobs faster.

They hinder not help small businesses.They freeze your draw ability for no reason. Look for a different leader, I don't recommend them.

great support and prompt service

Similar to other posts they randomly paused my ability to draw. Then took it away completely with no true explanation. Most draws were paid early and ALL have been paid on time. A poor way to do business. And customer service is non existent.

Don't use! They run your credit but don't report to any of the credit bureaus business or personal. Seems they can't tell the difference. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Also, I was never late and referred them. Since I found all the hard inquiries I have told several business owners not to use them anymore. Ridiculous
