The hair doesn’t stay curled and the clips slide out of the hair, I’ve used clip in for a long time and this was my first time using foxy locks sadly they didn’t work out for myself

This is by far the best shampoo & conditioner I have ever used on my natural curly hair, it leaves my hair silky smooth with a nice shine. The bottles are so pretty & look fab in my bathroom. Very posh looking.

I did not like the delivery and customer service. I sent 2 emails, never received the answers. On the parcel the value was 100 euros more than I paid of that I had to pay 100 euros extra custom charges! I will never order from the anymore. Bad service!!
Great service. I do think that the volumizer is thinner than it was when I started purchasing it a few years ago. Still good quality and I'll continue to use Foxy Locks but this particular piece doesn't fill out the hair as much as it used to.
Disappointed in how blunt the ends are. Bought these to feel more confident in myself but after having to cut the end myself to look more natural I just feel self confident. For over £200 I expected more.
