Footstools & More are a small family company based in Yorkshire. With a wealth of experience and knowledge, the family have enjoyed three generations in the furniture industry. Offering a large and varied range of products, available in standard and bespoke sizes.
We are delighted with the footstool and tray, it's exactly what we envisaged when we placed the order. The stool and tray are both bespoke sizes which didn't phase them at all. Both items are solidly made and finished to a very high standard. Communication with the company was good (lead-time was extended, but we were kept well informed) and the courier was very helpful when we asked for an alternative delivery option. All in all a very satisfying experience.

We recently ordered a storage ottoman for our lounge. The quality of the footstool was impressive. It was great to order a bespoke piece to fulfill our requirements. The fabric, workmanship was first class. We were also very impressed with the communication we received from the company after placing our order. They kept us up to date on lead time and offered an alternative if we didn’t want to wait for our fabric to come back in stock. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend footstools and more.

We have just had a stool made for us. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic. The customer service is what every company should be striving for. We have been kept updated with progress and delivery was efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend.
I am completely happy with my footstool. My only complaint is the lack of communication about the progress of my order. I didn't even receive confirmation that my fabric, which I supplied, had been received until I phoned them to check whether it had arrived. That was also when I was given the delivery timescale on my order. I would have heard nothing otherwise.
The customer service was excellent. Swatches arrived very quickly. The bespoke specification option was exactly what we needed and the finished product was delivered within a short timescale and extremely well packaged. We are delighted without purchase. Thoroughly recommend the company.

We'd asked for samples of the materials and they were sent almost by return. It was easy to order exactly what we wanted, customising the footstool was no problem at all. The stool was delivered well within the promised 6 weeks and was well packaged. We're more than happy with the quality of the build and the materials and would be happy to order again from this company.
The footstool is just beautiful. Extremely well made in a fabulous soft velvet, it stands out as a thing of beauty! It was delivered slightly early which was great and was extremely well wrapped. We want one in teal now!
Beautiful fabric (I chose Wild pattern in Navy from their website) and very well made footstool. Responded promptly when I requested a delivery date, delivered on the day as promised and well packaged to protect in transit. Would definitely purchase from Footstools & More again - wish they did more upholstered items to choose from.
