Bought a footstool a few years back from them,and was delighted with it,well made ,lovely choice of fabrics,recently changed colour scheme in living room & telephoned them (spoke to mark), who was a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful, asked if they would reupholster the stool in another colour choice,no problem whatsoever,the stool came back looking wonderful in the new colour,workmanship first class,in this day & age when customer service can be so lacking this company is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.
