Excellent business transaction, from initial contact when I requested fabric/leather/wood samples (which were received within a few days), to delivery of both items. Mark, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with, listening to my specific requirements and patiently waiting for me to finally make a decision on colour and fabric choices. Both items arrived last week - they were exceptionally well packed and exceptionally well-made. My husband and I are thrilled with them - we loved showing them off to our neighbors on Saturday night! I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Mark kept in touch from my first enquiry and delivery was extremely quick. This was a custom order and nothing was to much trouble - even though I did change my mind about the design a couple of times in the early stages! Materials are of the highest quality - beautifully soft leather and workmanship is first class. In addition, I received an email confirming the order was almost ready a couple of days before delivery, so I could ensure I was around. The item arrived on time and had been very carefully packed. All-in-all, an outstanding shopping experience and I have no hesitation in recommending the Footstools & More.
