I’d like to put a banner across the M1 telling everyone just how amazing this company is 😊 I did a lot of research before buying my footstool and based my decision on reasonable pricing and outstanding reviews. My footstool was perfect and has had many admirers. My mum and two girlfriends have used the company as a result and are all delighted with their footstools too. We ordered a footstool. To our needs and specifications. Very reasonable shipping prices to Ireland. The delivery time was spot on and the customer service throughout hands-on and very prompt. Not sure if we need another footstool soon but I would recommend to anyone.
Great service from start to finish. Required a footstool with particular dimensions and finish. Jus received the finished product today and we are absolutely delighted. Rarely do companies seem to value customer service - Footstools & More are an exception. I had problems with the fabric from an external supplier - F&M took photos along the way which enabled me to get a refund and reorder the fabric. I hadn't asked them to do this - they noticed the problem and thought to help. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent - responding to my calls or emails without delay (even on a Saturday). The footstool arrived last Friday (as arranged) and it's absolutely beautiful and perfect. Fabulous workmanship and finished with such care - I have to admit to be surprised as I only found the company from the internet and would normally only use personal recommendation for this sort of work. I can't recommend them enough - from their customer service to the finished product. Thank you to everyone at Footstools & More.

The service was first rate. I wanted a customised footstool made to fit a piece of tapestry and this was no problem. After discussing my requirements,I received samples of fabric to choose from, sent the tapestry and am very pleased with the finished stool which is just what I wanted. The workmanship is excellent and it’s great to put my feet up on!

I would recommend Footstools & More to anyone without reservation. Searched for the perfect footstool/ottoman without success until I spotted one on F&M. Alas, the fabric was not available and I was dismayed however I was given a huge range of fabrics to choose from and found several alternatives I loved. Customer service was excellent, quick and efficient, genuinely helpful and accommodating. Delivered on time and in perfect condition. My ottoman is beautiful and exactly what I wished for. Good quality, stylish, I just love it. I am going to order cushions now in the same fabric. I just wish the firm did more furniture and I would go to them for everything!
It is amazing how tricky finding the right footstool can be and inevitably (unless you are very lucky), you will need to look at having the same custom made. I had two old leather armchairs and must have requested roughly a million samples of fabrics to match these chairs. Everything seemed always wrong with one aspect or another of all other companies I sought quotes from. I had Footstools and More on my list and decided to try them too, what’s another quote among “million”. It turned to be one in a million. The leather proved a little tricky to get hold of and as Mark from Footstools realised this I received an update. I responded to this update and became the very appreciative recipient of regular updates (not that process took that long) as to the estimated time of arrival of my footstools. Not only that, when I asked that Mark might be able to ensure the footstools arrive before a mother-in-law with a highly critical eye, Mark was on it. I took delivery of two exceptionally well wrapped, gloriously soft and - crucially- matching the painful old armchairs at the root of the issue, footstools well in time to impress the mother-in-law, and she was. I can not fault the product but what’s more, the service at Footstools and More is the kind and at a level, we are just not used to in this country anymore. Thank you so much.
