Great quality, our new footstool looks beautiful in our living room with a tray on to hold drinks. We had to wait quite a few weeks and when I chased to find out when delivery would be the team were very helpful and quick to respond. Delivery arrived the day they said it would.
Great quality leather storage ottoman. Perfect at the foot of the bed as a storage unit for linens and a seat to put on my shoes in the morning.

I love my footstool. Initially I was wary about buying a bespoke item online without seeing it first and only from a swatch however I was not disappointed. It fits in with the rooms colour coordination perfectly and now we all get to out our feet up.

We should have ordered reclining chairs when we changed our suite, but we did not so we went looking for foot stools. My wife and I spent the morning looking on Google for them, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, The Range to name a few- all far to expensive or cheap. Thank goodness we noticed Foot Stools web site. What a delight to use- size and type of stool type of legs with or without casters then on to many many fabrics to choose from. Our stools arrived two weeks later the packaging was first class. I have no hesitation in recommending this company - I came across it via Google whilst looking for a storage footstool and reviews were good so I decided to contact them. I liked the fact that you could customise the stool with both different fabric and legs and that you could order several fabric samples as it’s so difficult to determine colour on a screen. The samples arrived the next day and I contacted them straight away with my choices and asked if they could make the Lexington footstool to the size I wanted. This was no problem, so I ordered the stool. The footstool took about 6 weeks to be made (don’t think Covid helped) and was then delivered to my home and it’s just what I wanted. They were efficient from beginning to end and I just wished all businesses were the same!
