I have purchased two pieces from footstools and more and both have been absolutely beautiful bespoke and custom made. The lead time was reasonable given that the pieces were being hand made and I was given updates on the progress of my order. My footstool was a very expensive purchase for me. The workmanship cannot be faulted so far but there isnt that much in a footstool. It arrived quickly and the communication with the company was excellent. I chose the leather from a swatch that I was sent but the footstool was a very different shade of leather when it arrived so did not match as I had hoped. I understand the difficulty of matching colours but I was quite disappointed in the quality of the leather too given the price of the footstool.

Ordering process easy, choices such as leg heights, type of leg, wood choices, likewise for stool top leather, fabric etc. in good choice of colours. Placing order easy, confirmation received with the number of weeks stool will take to manufacturer (clearly this depends on number of orders the company have at the time). When stool ready for despatch, received communication, and clear details of delivery service, and delivery company. On receipt of delivery, excellent delivery company used, the transport box stool despatched in high quality, well packed and secured. The stool received exactly as ordered, well made, quality of materials first class, good value for money, a stool for a lifetime.
