Fletchers were very good. Delivered the skip nice and early the day after I ordered it. They picked it up the second day after I had finished with it. Both drivers were very good and friendly. I'll certainly use them next time.

I needed a skip and was told by a friend that they had had a great experience with Fletchers so I went to their website. Picking the size skip that I needed was very clear and going through the booking process took just a few minutes, it was extremely simple and easy. On the morning it was booked for I gave them a quick call and they very politely and helpfully told me where I was in the list of jobs and a rough ETA for the skip to arrive, this was a huge help for us. Once we were finished with the skip we let them know they could come and collect it. For personal reasons we needed the skip gone by a particular day and Alicia from Customer Services spoke to the transport team and guaranteed the skip would be gone in time, which it was. Throughout my experience the customer service was absolutely excellent. I need to book another skip in a few weeks and will definitely be using Fletchers again.
2nd skip hire from Fletchers, this time via telephone - polite and professional. Skip arrived and taken away when requested. Great service again, will be using them again soon.

We had a car port and the guys couldn’t get the skip under the car port, so they brought a team back later in the day with a smaller truck to deliver the skip. Top service and will use again
