Ordered skip on 16th august for delivery on the 23rd as i was off work. Phoned for delivery time. Told pm. Ok far enough. Here we are at 1715 and no skip!! So day off wasted. No phone calls to says ots delayed. No updates. No information available. Poor customer service. Been in all day and not even seen a lorry, let alone a skip lorry. Bad customer service.
Mr Rubble (part of Fletchers) delivered a skip that didn’t have the specially-designed Mr Rubble-style low end. The low ends make it far easier to push a heavy wheelbarrow of soil up a plank ramp. I rang Mr Rubble / Fletchers and within an hour they came out and swapped the skips round. After the initial slight error, they performed absolutely professionally and completely sorted it out. This is my twelfth skip at this address and I always recommend Mr Rubble to others. Thank you to driver Mark Watford. Top service.

Very professional staff over the phone when enquiring/ordering. Advised which skip I'd need. Didnt like the added extra £10 on top, just for a mattress. However, the skip was delivered the next working day as promised. Professional and polite driver who dropped it off, I filled it within a day, and they collected the next day when I called and requested that. Amazing tbh!!! I wish my skip company I use at work was that professional and prompt. Maybe I should move our very large contract over to this company!? We'll done guys. I'm impressed, and will definitely use again. A+
