I booked online but didn’t get any confirmation details so had to ring anyway. Staff in office helpful and polite, I asked what time it would arrive on the day and they said they couldn’t give a time. It arrived just before 2pm which I was disappointed with as I’d started dismantling two sheds and a brick barbecue in the morning. I finished loading the skip around 5pm in a thunderstorm. I don’t regularly order skips so maybe I’m being picky and that’s to be expected. The skip was collected the next day not long after I called them. Both skip drivers were nice fellas and did the pick ups/drop offs safely from my drive. I would use the company again.

An excellent service arrived and collected on time.
I booked and paid for a skip for 27 August. Once paid, I got a message saying that it would be collected in seven days otherwise I would get charged more. I got a team of builders in and managed to fill it (at my extra cost) over the weekend. On Monday 30 August I went online and booked a collection. It is now 17 September and the skip is still on my drive. I have messaged twice and phoned four times. I DO NOT recommend this company
I have hired 2 skips in one week from Fletchers. Both drivers were very polite, professional and helpful. As a former health & safety officer I was pleased to see that rigid safety procedures were in place and followed. I shall contact Fletchers again should I need another skip and have already recommended them to family members. As a bonus, Fletchers were the cheapest I could find.
