Second time I have hired a skip from them. First time wasn't a great experience as it was delivered late and collected very late despite assurances to the contrary. This time I made sure to call several times about delivery and collection. Initially they tried to deliver it a week early but this was sorted and delivery was prompt. Called several times to make sure the collection was booked in for the correct day and was assured that it was. Collection day: 12:00 no contact so called and assured once again that collection was arranged for that afternoon; 14:00 no contact again called and it was definitely in the collection schedule for this afternoon; 16:00 no contact called and was told that a driver would be dispatched shortly; 16:20 called again no collection available today it will be collected next week. Very disappointed with all the lies told to me across several days by customer service staff and not hopeful of it being collected on time again!

I’ve use Fletchers skip hire everytime I need a skip . And I’ve hired a few off them . They have always been reliable and quick at delivering the skip when I’ve required them. Also they manage to always contact me to say that the skip is on its way just like today as I ordered a large skip to be delivered today. The staff are very polite when contacted. Ordered a skip to be delivered on Monday, came in the morning, got everything in it we needed to get rid of on Tuesday, rang them to say we have done and they could pick the skip up and they came later that day to pick it up.
