Despite accepting the postcode location on the order on the website, and having provided skips to us before, cancelled the order as they decided that we live outside the area.
Efficient company. Ordered the day before online when realised I had far too much garden waste to get rid of in the green bin. Skip arrived at around 4pm and was placed on drive by cheery driver. It was filled and ready to take away by 6pm so emailed company to ask for early collection. Great communication and service, would use again.

Shocking service from start to finish. Told it was arriving Saturday before 12pm. Had a workman coming a 12 to undertake a job. Skip did not arrive so he could not do the job which meant I had to pay him anyway for the afternoon. Office closed so couldn't check on skip. Monday still no skip until 5pm. Told this is for 1 week. Skip not collected following week on Monday. Told they would collect Tuesday. Didn't happen. Called office again. Told Wednesday collection. Still not collected Wed. Eventually 2 weeks after I had ordered the skip was collected!! Would never use again!!
Very good service, skip showed up on time and was very quick at dropping it off and very reasonably priced compared to some other skip hires out there definitely recommend to anyone

Very good customer service and we have been using their bin collection services for years and it's very reliable.
Not a great experience this time. Skip arrived perfectly fine with a 1 week deadline, I called and extended the hire as my clients had not finished using it. Had email confirmation of the new collection date. The next day the skip was collected half full. My clients were very disappointed.
Had a few small issues but a couple of quick phone calls and fletchers sorted everything out quickly and professionally,wouldn't hesitate to use them again
