The skip arrived promptly outside our house in Nether Edge, Sheffield. However, nearly two weeks after first phoning for it to be collected, and several follow-up phone calls, we are still waiting. We shall not use them again.

Excellent service, ordered an 8 yard skip for next day delivery, driver was prompt and despite initially struggling to find our address (not the company’s fault everyone struggles) after a quick phone call where the driver was very polite the skip was dropped off, we didn’t need the full seven days and after just a quick email the skip was picked up we will definitely be using them again in the future, highly recommended
Very quick and easy disposal of waste from a shed clear out. Went with a man with a van option. Driver called me half an hour before arrival. Very friendly and helpful. Cleared everything out in a few minutes. Will definitely use again.

I needed a bigger skip than I ordered so I phoned fletchers back up I had the phone put down on me 3 times explaining to people then I spoke to a girl who told me I would have to pay for a bigger skip which I expected then she said I would have to pay for fuel then she said just fill that one and order another one which I will not be doing and they picked it up 2 day's early I got told It would be here till Friday I have spent a lot of money with fletchers I will not be using them again

I needed the skip at short notice, and the easy booking process, made this quick and simple. Skip arrived early in the day, the driver was great positioning the skip in the road quickly and even managed to deal with impatient neighbours and other cars.
