Let themselves down this time. Ordered a flag in good time for a specific party. When it had not arrived the day before the party I rang and was told it was just being despatched - it had been out of stock ( when I ordered it the website said “in stock”). They sent it 1stclass, but it arrived a day late. First problem I have had with them.
We had a quality flag, done to the exact design we had envisioned for our first flag and it was created within a few days of us asking, due to a last minute order! Absolutely fantastic work, extremely efficient and great customer service!
