This was my second order, it arrived pretty fast. Out of the twelve cans two were open and pods turned dark and dry. Meh. The ones that were closed were alright. My third order was cancelled, without giving me a reason first. When I asked customer support about that, they said that they had to cancel all international orders due to brexit. I get that. It took about 18 days for me to get the refund. So, there's that.

Ordered from them 16th oktober 2020 and still haven’t received anything and today is the 10th of January 2021. Tried contacting customer support, but they didn’t respond and haven’t gotten any updates since the 25th of October
Ive made an order THE 20th december for 50£. Im Still waiting on My order. Ive emailed Them, tried WhatsApp and Still No answers. How Long shall i have to wait for a respons?! I know the UK had problems eith the post during xmas etc, but haven't fristline answered my emails or WhatsApp?
I'm from Sweden and when I moved to the UK it was a bit difficult to find a reliable company for this product, but can honestly say this is the best company in the UK.
