I’ve ordered a pot and it’s been 29 days and still hasn’t arrived, I’ve tried communicating with first line pods but they seem to be incapable of cooperating. They’ve told me they’ll send a new one and when I asked for the new tracking number I’m yet to get a response

They changed up nerds raspberry framboise to nerds wildberry The package is identical but still should be able to differetiate the 2 from each other. But after all it was great.

Had problems with this company 6 months ago, thought I'd give them a second chance... shouldn't of bothered. The customer service is non existant, messaged on facebook, through the website, through WhatsApp, and also tried to call... not one reply. Never come across a 'business' like it... if I could give 0 stars then I would! I will amend once order arrives, if it arrives!!
Delivery was very quick and they have a good range of products, however it took them 4 or 5 days to actually send my stuff. Nevertheless I will probably use again. Edit: one of the items is out of date so I've changed the score again.

I would like to change my review from a 1 star to 5 stars. I had a bad experience at 1st with first line pods, after contacting the company they have responded to my complaint with excellent customer service. They resolved my complaint with a very professional attitude and could not have been any more helpful & apologetic. I will now be a customer again, and thanks so much for replacing my pods. 1st class quality & service.

I have been sent out 5 nicotine pouches that are 9 days close to their expiry date. It is not advertised as such, I wouldn’t buy these if I knew they would expire so soon.
