I've been buying nicopods from First Line Pods for some time. In my experience with on line nicopod suppliers they leave the competition standing. A number of times I have been blown away by the speed and professionalism of the company. I was expecting to give them the inevitable benefit of the doubt with occasional mistakes that seem to be the norm from time to time with online ordering.. no such worries. My orders have been right, fast and efficient each and every time (I order my nicopods 20 boxes per order). Genuinely, for what it's worth I would have no hesitation in endorsing this company 100% A fan

Avoid! Sent me the wrong products and still have not responded to me after emailing twice and sending a message through the website contact page. Mobile telephone number for customer service - this should have been a red flag - goes straight to voicemail. Took a chance as my usual website didn’t have the Nordic spirit pouches I use in stock but shouldn’t have bothered. No way to run a business.

Products arrived on time but communication is terrible . They never pick up the phone and they never bother to reply to any message on whats app.

They are the best at keeping items in stock. But I'm not happy with paying £7.95 for p&p I wish would just do a standard 24/48 tracked service. On notes I did ask if they could put on the package 'dont leave in the foyer' but they couldn't be bothered, I'm not asking for the fun of it, there is a reason, royal mail can't be trusted and leave £50 worth of stuff in the foyer to be stolen. So I pay for only tracked service they have so can intercept and go collect it from delivery office, but can't do that because First Line Pods don't tell you it's dispatched or the tracking number until many hours later (early hours), so next time I made a purchase I asked could they tell me sooner and in return they didn't confirm it was dispatched until 9:30am when parcel was already out for delivery.

The costumer service is a joke, they didn't provide enough information for costums clearance so the package is stuck there. I tried to contact them on WhatsApp and by e-mail, no answer. I had to provide the documentation by myself to the authority. Let's see if they accept. Anyways, too much to do to order if you're from the EU.
