This is the third time we have used First Floors, previously lounge and kitchen and now the hallway and staircase. We have found the range of choices and assistance given by David and staff very helpful. Kenny & Steven did a very professional (and tidy) job. We are delighted with the outcome and will definitely use them again.

We recently purchased engineered oak wood flooring for our open plan living room, dining area, kitchen and hall and are really delighted with the finished result. It looks even nicer than we imagined. The service has been fantastic and we would thoroughly recommend First Flooring. David the manager is always friendly and helpful - no hard sell here, just knowledgeable assistance. Dario our fitter was professional, tidy and hard working and the finish is really beautiful. Wouldn't go anywhere else for floor coverings.

Our dealings with First Floors has been great all the way through. The staff were great in the show room helping us pick out floor for our open plan living space. The fitting was super quick, the guys were super professional and even took the old floor away. Very highly recommended.

Great ,speedy and friendly service in the showroom and measured my home for sizing within an hour. A fantastic range of products with reasonable pricing. I purchased carpets and laminate flooring. All the flooring was fitted in my home very quickly, in less than two weeks . They were very flexible with fitting dates and the floors were extremely well laid. I cannot recommend First floors and their team enough. Don’t hesitate to make a purchase, I will be going back in the future!

We had previously used first floors when we first moved to Glasgow winter 2018 because of the awards advertised in their shop window and online. Although it was slow we were pleased with the finished result. We had more carpeting planned this year and returned to them again, but have been exertemely disappointed with the length of time (4months since paying in full- which is when the carpets have arrrived in the shop) to get carpets fitted as well as additional hidden payments (for plying floor prior to carpets being laid) added on at the last despite 5 visits by shop staff and fitters before agreeing quote. Would not recommend or use again.

We have bought both carpets and wooden flooring from first floors and would recommend them with no hesitation. The range of stock is excellent, prices are competitive and the staff are pleasant and very knowledgeable about their products. Fitting is also to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars.

Ordered amtico tiles from first floors of giffnock, and initially all was well, were pleasant enough when I was giving them my custom. The tradesman who was supposed to be fitting the tiles let us down and I phoned first floors back to ask if they could do it. Was told they would get back to me, needless to say I am still waiting for a return phone call. I chased them up and after three phone calls my patience with them ran out, I decided if that was their service when I was willing to give them business, I'd be better to give my custom to a company who were efficient and reliable. They appeared to be neither. I also had been advised to order one box of tiles too many, when I asked if they would refund my money, they said it would cost them too much. Bizarre, needless to say I won't be using them again, not interested in customer service after they have the sale.

Have used First Floors on many occasions and have always found them to be extremely professional, and the products and service of the highest order.

All the staff very helpful and informative ... the best deals around Glasgow and would thoroughly recommend.
