Not disappointed just what I was looking for. It is a little heavy but I like that but so comfortable on my wrist you would not know you had it on. Easy to read which helps me with problematic eyes and in my opinion very smart. Delivery was next day and with multiple updates and a very competitive price.

Great service, fast delivery
I was looking for two original watch bands from Certina which I couldn’t find in any online shops. First Class Watches didn’t have them listed in their shop either. I sent them an email and they quickly responded that they would be able to order them from the manufacturer. I placed an order and a couple of weeks later I received the bands. I was very impressed with their customer service and communication! Would definitely recommend this shop and will be buying from them again!

Repeat customer of FCW and a very good price for the watch I’d been looking for. Paid extra for quicker courier service but this was delayed by the courier without a reason. Rowland followed up on this delay and refunded my additional charge. Excellent service as expected, highly recommended.
Very happy with the service I got from First Class Watches and with my new watch at the knock down price I got it for, a lot cheaper than if I'd bought it directly from the makers site.
