I ordered the HMO safety pack for a residential property with 3-4 bedrooms but found out I don’t actually need the two 9ltr water fire extinguishers provided. They are too big to put in my flats hallway and not suitable for oil or electrical fires for the kitchen or living room and the company would not change them saying I had to pay £30 for each extinguisher to return them.
Item was as described, feels sturdy and the mounting plate is well made and easy to install.

"Great" would, in my lexicon, be hyperbole. A day visiting Mount Pilatus, travelling on the funicular railway, and boating on Lake Lucerne is "great". However, the Fire Extinguishers supplied look like they'll do the job, and came quite quickly. The larger one is the same price as 23 years ago. I see it was made in China under licence, so I have mixed feelings about that, as I expect we all do when we discover the actual source of our most recent bargain. The smaller one, a small aerosol for Class F (sub-class, Chip Pan Fires) was rather expensive, I thought.
