Good products, but labels missing and no certificates
I was somewhat astonished and disappointed that my order was not delivered the following day as promised as the courier couldn't find us!!! However, it did arrive late afternoon the next day, but no time was specified so I had to change my plans and remain at home until it arrived. Would have expected the courier to have delivered our order earlier owing to the previous day's non delivery. The order was well packaged and therefore in good condition. I would use this company again despite the initial disappointment; value for money.

Speedy delivery of an item that other suppliers are not stocking. Needed a "Lockable Double Fire Extinguisher Cabinet" as soon as possible and this was the only supplier who could meet the demand in a timely fashion.
