I strongly advise against taking a loan from this bank. They are nothing short of scammers. I took out a loan of €3,100 and have already paid €2,123, yet the principal still shows €2,400 remaining. I understand that a 46% interest rate is high, but what’s truly concerning is how they handle the principal payments. When I started paying closer attention, I noticed that the principal amount wasn’t being deducted as it should. During a WhatsApp chat with one of their representatives, they accidentally mentioned that the principal amount increases every day. How is that possible? They take their interest, and somehow, the principal also increases? After my May 2024 payment, the principal balance was €2,486. I paid €150 in both June and July, and according to their records, €53.87 in June and €46.40 in July were supposed to go toward the principal. However, after my July payment, the principal only decreased to €2,459—just a €27 reduction instead of the €100.27 that should have been deducted. So where did my missing €73 go? This discrepancy is just from the last two months—who knows what’s happening over the course of the entire loan. They also refuse to provide clear details about the principal amount via email. I highly recommend avoiding this bank for any loans.

Chiedono pochi euro per iniziare investimento, vi mostrano come il capitale può crescere in modo rapido, vi chiedono continuamente altri soldi per aderire a nuovi progetti ma quando si tratta di prelevare dai fondi, fingono di accettare le richieste di prelievo e chiedono altri soldi per pagamenti di servizi per scambi, dopo che pagate i servizi, vi chiedono deposito cauzionale per rendere la transazione legale in Italia e praticamente non vedrete mai un centesimo ma solo continue richieste di fondi per ricevere il bonifico. Fate attenzione che inizialmente quando vi spiegano tutto, e vi mostrano la procedura di prelievo, la fanno vedere da Coin base ma i vostri soldi non sono su Coin base ma sono sulla loro piattaforma e non c'è modo di trasferirli, se non pagando ancora e ancora (un circolo virtuoso che genera la truffa).

Absolutely disgusting company and not even worthy of the 1 star. Been having negative affects on my credit since 2013. They do not check your financial stability and they do not check your records. At time of loan I was unemployed and homeless. Stinks. Financial ombudsman now involved
This is one of the more predatory and vicious lenders on the market place. They embrace usury with fervent exploitative enthusiasm and do not have the respect or professionalism to even respond to their victims’ complaints. Deeply unpleasant and I’d urge you not to be snared in their web of extortion.
Awful company, avoid at all costs. Ridiculously high interest rates, and will constantly offer you more money. Do not do proper credit checks and fail to provide service they should offer and do due diligence. Had to put in an affordability complaint due to not following guidelines.

I asked Ferratum for a loan of £100 for one month. I had taken this one before. They said I wasn't eligible for this loan and instead offered me £300 over 2 or 3 months with much more interest. I really needed some kind of loan and thought if they are saying I can't afford the first type of loan this one must be easier. However I couldn't pay it back and ended up in debt. It didn't make sense to offer me the loan with more interest if they thought I couldn't afford the first one.

I feel ferratum have dealt with my case for irresponsible lending very bad and cannot understand how this company is still trading. Took out 1 payday loan and at my most vulnerable time when i needed money lent me what i requested. Asked for Payslips and didnt carry out any affordability checks before lending. They are one of the payday loan companies to pray and exploit people.
Absolutely disgraceful company!, I had used them a couple of times previously, and paid promptly on every occasion! I got declined and called them to ask why? Was told they had been having technical difficulties since last December, and should try again in seven days! In my opinion I would suggest they are having financial difficulties! Avoid this dodgy company at all costs!
I sent in an affordability complaint over a week ago. Over 5 days when am I likely to receive an update? It had now been nearly 5 weeks and still not heard anything!! When will I hear?

I have used Ferratum for at least 12 months, possibly 2 years. I have always paid back on time or early. I have never been late or missed a payment. I was declined once and I called the customer service to query this as I was obviously unhappy and was told I need to apply for a plus loan. I applied for the plus loan and was approved. Although I didn’t need £300. I paid this back on time. Now that I need a loan right before Christmas I have been declined! What happened to customer loyalty? This company doesn’t have any customer loyalty. My credit report has improved since I first took out a loan with this company. So I can not understand why I have been declined. Very frustrating. I will avoid them in future.
I've made a complain about irresponsible lending. And guess what? My loan history has disappeared from webpage. Interesting. Good I have all the emails from them.
I put a claim into this lender for a chain of 17 loans in a row with interest of over £1,200. The chain was unbroken I had numerous payday loans with other lenders at the same time. I provided evidence of this through both my credit report and bank statements but still they refused to class this as irresponsible lending. They tried to buy me off with gesture of goodwill which seems to be there response to these complaints. So case is with the FOS really poor customer service if they have done nothing wrong why the gesture of goodwill offer of £500, I fully expect the FOS to uphold this complaint. My case has no been picked up by the FOS I would appreciate you send my file across to them as soon as possible. My case is now with the FOS but has been further delayed t this company claiming my first 2 loans where from a drawdown facility. When this was not the case my loans where either micro loans and instalment loans these companies are truly a disgrace with their delay tactics to complaints. My adjudicator already said it’s going to and uphold but now has to be transferred to another team. I have chased Ferratum about my initial 2 loans both by phone and email and had no response whatsoever annoyed at this shocking customer service !! The FOS have reviewed my case and have upheld loans 4-19 they have given Ferratum until 04/02/2020 to respond I fully expect them not to agree with the decision and that it has to go to the next level.
I applied for a loan yesterday which was accepted and funds to be paid within 2 hours.Today my money still had not been paid into my account. I contacted Ferratum and was told my loan application had been declined!! Would not recommend to anyone!
