I took out a loan and my first payment was rejected as my debit card expired. Benn trying to contact Ferratum on phone number and mobile but no answer. I asked for a call back from the automated service and still no one calls. I received and email for notice of arrears with a contact number which no body answers. I understand I owe money and would like to pay back soon as. I even sent an email to which no one responds. Really bad service

I’m really annoyed, I understand that my card was charged 16 pence to make sure it was valid. So why then have they now taken £31.86. I was told this was a loan with no upfront fee. It didn’t do that the first time I got a loan. So now I’m down 31.68 so I will be contacting the financial ombudsman as well as showing my banks fraud department my credit agreement where it says nothing about a fee of £31.86. Note also I have text, rang and emailed you about this today...... no answer to any. Was told you would ring me back. No call.

Requested loan 24 hours ago, approved and ‘paid out’ yet received nothing, have had text saying payment within 2 hours and yet nothing

Absolutely rubbish!! No form of communication I too have been having the same problem not being able to talk to an agent regarding my outstanding balance. or vice versa no one has tried to contact me I really don't know what else to do at the moment I'm sure they do this so they can charge interest to customers that haven't a clue how the system works

i have recently tried to repay my loan..i have phoned the contact number..the automated message tells me to enter my mobile number to repay my loan...i have no confirmation whether my payment has been successful or not...im not on facebook either....is their any other way to pay back my loan? im hoping that im not being charged interest everyday because im not going to pay for it.

Never answer the phone, you just get cut off by their automated system and don't get a call back when requested. Am sure I'll get a reply saying to contact them on Facebook, but who wants to do that?

Can't contact them, want an early repayment I've text "TAKE PAYMENT" I've also used their automated phone service, I've tried to speak to someone but the automated service just shuts me out. I'm still being charged interest daily as I wait....unacceptable.

I always use ferratum they are really reasonable rates and always do what they can to help , iv never had a problem borrowing from them .

I have chosen 4 stars simply as they are very hard to contact. Money came very quickly and application in easy steps with speedy results. Just need to answer the phone.for customer to speak with a real person

I've have called several times during each hour since 9am and have failed to reach anyone. I've even requested a call back this morning. I'm now going to incur extra charges and all I wanted to do was repay earlier. This will be the last time I use Ferratum. Other payday loans are much more straightforward and so much easier to contact.

We’re good for a while now they have changed systems there rubbish they don’t wanna lend people money as easy as they use to and you have to jump through hoops now to get a quick no hassle loan. And there phone lines are always busy.
