I have not received my fast key, fast! I appreciate Royal Mail have ongoing disputes causing delays . As this is known why has another delivery service provider been utilised

Fast Key Services has replied to my original review and due to the postal strike and the fact that I have not yet received the key they are going to send it via next day courier. This is a company who goes beyond the norm I think. It is certainly not down to them that I have had to wait for the key but they are going the extra mile to put it right.
