Really pleased. Very easy to deal with, and super-quick too. Much faster to get my key back than I expected. I had initially thought I would have to shell out for a new key at the dealer for a couple of hundred, but FastKey totally fixed and refurbished my key for about 20% of the cost of a new one.

Having replaced the battery in my car key fob and finding it still didn't work I found this company online and arranged to send my key. Mark received it the following day and immediately rang me back. They fixed the fob and sent it back the same day. Super service and recommend them

Having replaced the battery in my key and finding it still didn't work I found this company online and arranged to send my key. They recieved it the following day and immediately rang me back. The chap I spoke to (Will) explained that the key was putting out a signal and all I needed to do was to sync it back up top the car. Doh! He explained this nicely without making me feel like an idiot. Then he offered to package the key back up and return it to me free of charge. You don't get good, honest, personal service like this very often. I am massively impressed.
