I was a bit disappointed. Bought collection of sounds effects, which sounded reasonable offer, but after buying it and realizing that "sample count" does not mean count of different samples, like normal person would expect and assume, nope, instead of same samples were repeated 3 times in packages, thus I surely was disappointed since was expecting more based into descriptions. Support seems rather reactive so that it's good side in case bundle has issues.

they take your money then decide later if they feel like bothering to give you a key. in my case not yet. should have noticed they dont have a clear way to cancel an order, but i guess without an order "open" then i couldnt really tell huh? yeah, there is no way to cancel an order that they refuse to fulfill after taking payment.
