Sinceramente me encuentro totalmente insatisfecho con la página en general. Regalan juegos seguido, pero excluyen a varios paises, entre ellos está el mío. Lo extraño es que los excluyen pero aún así les permiten comprar esos juegos en esa misma plataforma. Jamás recomendaría a alguien que compre juegos en una plataforma que se dedica a discriminar. Si fuese porque el juego no se puede jugar en ese pais entendería, pero al mismo tiempo que lo regalan a otros, a mi me lo quieren vender.

Buena promoción, y todo se concreto de forma muy simple y rapida! Estoy muy feliz con la compra y la manera en que lo hice.

Every time I buy from Fanatical, the credit card company flags it as a suspicious transaction. I am not sure what can be done to prevent that, but it is annoying to have to jump through those additional hoops any time I want to purchase something, which is typically 1-3 times per year. Other than that, I am totally satisfied.

Got charged 4 times for the same exact bundle of keys, last one got flagged for manual review ... and then approved despite being identical to the three previous on the same day. No option to request refund or cancellation from the order page, now digging through support for a way to request 3 refunds. If the website / processing weren't so janky this would be an easy 5 star rating. EDIT: Found the request ticket spot in Support Forum, Kim resolved the issue within the hour. Great support, great value, would repeat as customer.

99% off of a game bundle was a great deal. Easy to search, check out and redeem Steam keys. I’ve never had any issues with Fanatical and would not hesitate to use it again.

This company in my experience of the last 4 years has not let me down. Their sales about %70 of the time beat Steams sales. I have not had any issues thus far. My only problem is not claiming all of my digital CD keys that I have purchased in a timely manner.
