Two Orders, Two Times Manual Authorisation, although CC was verified and confirmed using CVV and 3D-Secure Biometry. In addition, FIDO U2F / FIDO2 webauthn is still missing, although it has been requested for years. To still see these outdated stone-age TOPT/HOTP things on websites in 2024/25 is just sad. And the bundle problem is still not resolved. There are still too few to choose from, I can't even get two of the three I need. Either I already have it, it contains bad apples contaminated with Denuvo, or I'm not interested.
They are good with their bundles, no complaints. I just wish that they didn't have some keys expire or at least notify us when a key will expire but all in all I have been using them for years and would recommend.

Difficult to download pdf files. Multiple attempts needed before each collection would download properly. Only one type of format available (pdf).
