We just bought our third bed (king size) from this excellent independent company, who as usual offered friendly, knowledgeable and efficiently swift service, & at a very decent price. We like that the beds are made in the adjacent factory to the showroom and that they can recycle their old mattresses if replaced. Oh and the beds are very comfy! You’ll need the postcode when visiting though as they are tucked away off a side street. Highly recommended.
We used FD Beds recently for a new house, and the service from start to finish was impeccable. They helped when there was a delay in keeping the whole order safe until we were ready. My husband says the mattresses are the best mattresses he’s ever slept on and so that is an accolade like no other. Best of luck to the team!
Went into the showroom on Monday and was greeted by the staff. A very warm welcome from the two girls, who were helpful, informative and very patient with two old ladies. We were amazed at all the information they obviously knew and their advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 100%. Amazing staff and products .

My wife has no balance at all and has severe spinal pains. We therefore decided to contact Vogue beds as we stay regularly in a hotel and we find their Vogue bed to be superb. After sending an email (getting the wrong address from Google) we eventually received a telephone message from Cerys Eaton and after many questions we made arrangements to visit the showroom the following day. Cerys looked after us for nearly 2 hours and we asked many questions which were answered with honesty and knowledge. She was so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble - a wonderful lady! We placed an order and were kept aware of the progress being made on completion of the order and delivery arrangements. Everything went according to the information given to us and the delivery personnel were wonderful. They even took off their shoes to take the order to the bedroom. A couple of questions to Cerys regarding the fixing of the headboard enabled me to complete the building of 2 divans (joined together) and 2 mattresses (zipped together) with reasonable ease (for someone with no DIY application!). I would recommend this company and their advice regarding needs, pros and cons was superb. I rate them at 95% ideal. W John Hockin
Unfortunately FD Beds, who seem very nice people seem totally dependent on Vogue Beds, their supplier. Ruled by them, I would say. My experience with Vogue Beds is exactly the same as the other bad reviews on Google. I purchased one of their 7000 pocket sprung top of the range mattresses for nearly £2000. After months of use it started to dip, causing back problems for my wife and I. Customer services make you take lots of photos and then do everything they can to blame it on the customer. In my case they blamed the base, which is a solid plyboard base, supported by slats, with multiple support legs, and it has been that way from before buying this mattress. They simply don't want to take responsibility so say the slats are too far apart. Thats nonesense as the whole lot is covered by a sheet of plywood, so the mattress does not even touch the slats. The base is totally solid and flat. Blameshift and irresponsible is synonymous with Vogue Beds. They will take your money, but if it goes wrong, they'll blame it on you. FD Beds, their retailer should, have more suppliers so they are not dependent on Vogue. By being Vogue's 'agent' they are failing customers who have bought a flagship product. If Vogue don't take responsibility, then they should offer a replacement or refund. I have never dealt with such a bad company before or had such a bad experience having spent £2000 on a top end product. When i initially spoke to their commercial director, he acknowledged the problem and was quite reassuring they would fix it. Unfortunately it didn't work that way after months of pushing. John Lewis sell top end mattresses from a Leeds manufacturer and have excellent customer service policies..... would recommend buying there if you want a good mattress and a reliable retailer. I must say Amazon have also never let me down. Actually, neither has Asda. I wish I'd spent my money with a better company as they look after the customer, not the supplier, because they have a reputation to uphold. FD Beds, have good intentions, but push comes to shove, will not help the customer.
Called in today as a returning customer. Have always had excellent service from FD Beds. New bed/mattress/headboard ordered. Professional and friendly advice from Cerys who was most helpful and informative. Delivery planned shortly. Hopefully this will be as easy as the ordering process

I have used FD Beds before and I can say without doubt they are a great company to deal with, excellent customer service and the quality of the mattress and bed was beyond expectations, would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Hi. We made a special trip in today, to visit Leicestershire’s biggest independent stockist of beds, with a huge selection to choose from. Well that’s utter rubbish. Your website is misleading, incorrect, deceitful or a lie. Take your pick. You have a small showroom with a very limited choice. You lost a sale and gained a poor review because of the incorrect information on your website. Mattressman made a sale because unfortunately we weren’t able to support a local business, despite a willingness to try and do the same. Please amend your website asap because it’s evidently not accurate.
Great staff really helpful & knowledgeable. This is the 2nd mattress we have had from them & no problems, excellent delivery service & they take old mattress away too.
Very helpful staff in showroom, ordered but on day of delivery was rung up to say that the delivery van had broken down ,but they could delivery the following tuesday, unfortunately we had guests at the weekend, when explained the situation, it was arranged that it would be delivered the next day. As it was much appreciated.
